Hello…I just got back from an international trip, and I’m really struggling with jet lag. The time difference really hit me hard, and I find myself feeling tired during the day and wide awake at night.

I’d love to hear your top tricks for overcoming rough jet lag. Are there any specific strategies or routines you follow that help you adjust more quickly?

My body clock is always reset by exercise and not drinking coffee.
