Traveling to Malaysia - Safety and Vegan Food Questions

Hallo…

I’m heading to Malaysia from India in November, and since it’s my first trip outside of India, I’m feeling a bit nervous.
First off, is Malaysia safe for tourists? Are there any common scams I should be aware of, like with shops, guides, or taxi drivers?
Also, I’m vegan, and since Malaysia is an Islamic country, will I be able to find Indian or vegetarian food there?

Pliz advice on this…

Since Malaysia is mostly a Muslim country, it is advised to dress modestly. Ensure that your usual vaccinations are up to date, and think about getting extra ones like the hepatitis vaccine.

Remain with reputable travel companies and transportation providers. :star_struck: Steer clear of remote areas, especially at night.
