Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well. Currently, I am in Brazil. I have private health insurance here, but it has become quite costly lately due to increasing monthly rates as I age.
I’m searching for companies that offer travel insurance for full year periods.
Many companies I’ve researched seem to max out at 90 days. If anyone can suggest any options, it would really help me out. I am from the United States, which may be relevant since I might need to limit my search to U.S. companies.
I’ve been using Genki. You can pay monthly and keep it for as long as you want, then cancel it when you no longer need it. Since I’m currently traveling indefinitely, it suits me perfectly.

Thank you! Which plan are you on—resident or explorer?

Check out GeoBlue. They offer long-stay plans.
Thanks for the suggestion. I just received a quote from them, but it’s only slightly cheaper than my current private health insurance, so if it’s not a big difference, I might stick with what I have.
Allianz has an annual travel policy. I’ve renewed it every year, and they have covered my few claims. I believe the premium plan is around $550, while there’s a mid-tier option for about $250.

I actually called Allianz before posting. The representative informed me that they can’t cover stays longer than 90 days.
