Switching Agencies Mid-Contract?

Hallo…

Has anyone switched agencies while staying at the same hospital? My current agency is always late with my pay, and it’s getting really frustrating. It feels like it just keeps getting worse, and it’s causing a lot of headaches for me.
I want to stick around at my hospital, but I’m thinking about switching to the other agency they work with. Any tips or insights on how to make that happen?

Your help is welcome…

It’s possible that a new employer will provide better conditions, including more compensation or greater benefits. :unamused:: Should your firm be bought out or combined with another, the resulting organization may have distinct agency connections.

You may be subject to early termination fines or exclusivity provisions in your contract. Changing agencies may cause problems with your current clientele.

Check your contract carefully for any provisions pertaining to fees, exclusivity, or termination. Notify your agency of your plan to transfer, along with a detailed justification for your choice.

Negotiate the terms of any termination provisions in your contract to reduce any fines or penalties. :kissing: Look into possible new organizations and talk to them about your circumstances.

Collaborate with both organizations to guarantee a smooth transition of data and duties.: Notify your clients of the change in agency and take care of any worries they might have.
