July 4-July 8 Road Trip & Hiking in California—Looking for Company!

Good afternoon…

I’m going to be in California from July 4th to 8th and want to do a road trip with some hiking along the way. Not sure exactly where yet—maybe starting in San Diego or San Francisco, depending on the route we figure out. Most of my friends are out of town that weekend, so I’m looking for people to join in!
It’ll be my first time on the West Coast, and I’d love to explore with some fun people. I’m on a bit of a budget, so if anyone’s down to split the cost of renting a car, that’d be awesome. There might be some road closures, but we can plan things as we go!
Also, heads up—I’ve never driven in the US before (I’m used to driving on the other side of the road) and have mostly walked or biked on the East Coast, so it might take me a minute to get used to it.

Your response will be highly wecome…

That seems like a thrilling journey! There are a ton of breathtaking places in California to discover, particularly for road trips and hiking.

Enjoy hiking at Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park and driving along the picturesque Pacific Coast Highway in Yosemite National Park. Don’t miss the amazing walks on the Mist Trail to Vernal and Nevada Falls.
