Good evening…I need some advice. Since having kids, I’ve become way more anxious and worried about things I never used to stress over. My biggest question is—how do people get over the fear of traveling to a new country where everything is different, like the language and currency?
I really want to visit my family’s homeland in Mexico, but just thinking about finding a bank to exchange USD for pesos makes me anxious! My parents keep telling me it’s easy, and I can even do it before I go, but that’s just Mexico. I also dream of going to places like South Africa, Europe, Australia, and Italy, but the thought of not knowing the language or how to exchange money stresses me out. It sounds silly, but it’s honestly holding me back from traveling .
I see so many people my age, or even younger, traveling all over the place and just figuring things out as they go. How do they do it?! Any assistance will be appreciated,
