I haven’t officially signed with Cross Country yet, but they’ve got me working on these modules for the facility, and it’s taking almost a whole day to get through them. They told me these aren’t paid, but they’ll pay me up to 4 hours at minimum wage for the EPIC training right before my assignment.
Is this normal? Has anyone else dealt with this? I’m feeling pretty frustrated about spending so much time on unpaid stuff. Would love to hear if others got paid for similar training or if this is just how it is!
