Bringing Powdered Supplements on International Flight – Is It OK?

Hallo…

I’m moving internationally soon and was wondering if it’s cool to bring powdered supplements on the plane? I’m talking protein powder, pancake mix, and collagen. I’ve already got them at home, and since I won’t be able to get them where I’m moving, I want to take them with me.
I’m planning to put them in my checked luggage, but I’m kinda worried it might look suspicious since it’s a lot of powder. I do have the original packaging for all of it, though.
Has anyone done this before? Is it too much, or should I be fine? Any tips or advice would be awesome!

Best wishes…

Try checking bigger quantities of powdered supplements in your checked luggage for convenience and to save delays.

International flights are subject to these regulations as well. To guarantee compliance, it’s a good idea to review the particular rules of the airline and the nation of destination.

Generally speaking, there are no limitations on how much powdered supplement you may bring in your checked baggage.

Powdered supplements may be transported in carry-on bags. But, anything more than 12 ounces (350 mL) :smirk:

needs to go in a different container for X-ray screening. It could be necessary to open containers and conduct further screening :worried:
