Bait-n-Switch Experience? Need Your Thoughts

Good evening…

I’ve been on my current contract for 10 months and am starting to look for my next gig. I’ve heard good things about Trusted and Ohio State U in Columbus, so I applied for a job that was listed as ‘days.’ But when I got the offer, it turned out to be ‘variable,’ which means rotating shifts every four weeks with no guarantees. I took that to mean I could end up stuck on nights, so I had to decline the offer. :grimacing:
My Trusted rep is saying it was just a ‘posting error,’ but I’m feeling pretty skeptical about the whole thing. Is this enough to leave me feeling sour? Should I be worried about working with them moving forward?

Besy regards…
