The ideal women's clothing to "roll out of bed onto plane"

I have a business trip in The Hague, flying in and out of Amsterdam with an 11-hour nonstop flight. My return flight was changed to early morning, requiring a 4am train ride to the airport. After a long work week, I’ll need an outfit that’s easy to wear, culturally appropriate, compact, and suitable for temperature changes on the plane.

Any suggestions for an outfit that fits these criteria? What worked for you in a similar situation?

Hey pals,If you’re heading to a warm climate, pack a lightweight jacket or cardigan.
Keep your passport, boarding pass, and any necessary medications in an easily accessible carry-on.

When traveling, I would pass on one piece or rompers. For me, using the restroom is too much trouble :joy:.

@Tig Particularly when you take it down and attempt to prevent it from coming into contact with the airline restroom’s filthy floor!
