Problems with Prolink Insurance Reimbursement?

How are you…

I had a contract with Prolink and used their insurance. For the first 4 paychecks, they took an extra $290 out of my check on top of the normal insurance deductions. When I asked about it, they said it was a “health care premium” that I’d get reimbursed for once my contract ended.
Well, I finished my contract, and they told me I’d get the money back within 2 weeks. Now it’s been over 3 weeks, and still nothing. I’ve been emailing and calling, but they’re just blowing me off. In total, they took over $1000.
Has anyone else dealt with this? What did you do to get it resolved?
