Has anyone tried booking hotels through Super.com? Is it trustworthy or a scam?

I thought this company was tricky at best. I accidentally booked twice and canceled one immediately. The hotel tried to refund me, but the company refused because I didn’t follow their rules, which I think are meant to avoid refunds or keep some of the money.
Be careful. I’ll never use anything from them again.
