Info on Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne?

Hallo…

I’m thinking about taking a Med Surg job at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and I’d love to get the scoop from anyone who’s worked there. Here’s what I’m curious about:
Work Environment: What’s the vibe like? Is the staff cool and supportive?
Patient Load: How many patients do Med Surg nurses usually handle? Is it doable?
Management: How’s the management? Are they helpful and easy to talk to?
Opportunities for Growth: Any chances to keep learning or specialize in something?
Benefits and Pay: How does the pay stack up compared to other places in the area?
Any thoughts or experiences you can share would be super helpful!

In anticipation…
