How are you…
I just got to Thailand for vacation and checked into a condo through Airbnb. The place is amazing, but the past few nights have been awful because my neighbors have been fighting super loudly—and it’s honestly pretty scary. I haven’t been able to sleep at all.
Last night, I talked to security, and they came up with me, but no one answered the door. The guards barely speak English, and they seem too scared to do anything about it. There’s this big aggressive guy next door, and my friend and I are way too scared to try to handle it on our own.
This is my first time in Thailand and using Airbnb, and I’m not sure what to do next. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any advice on how to deal with this?

Speak with your neighbors if you feel comfortable doing so . Describe how their loudness is interfering with your vacation and request that they turn it down at certain times.
Note the dates, hours, and type of disruption that was caused by the noise in your record. If you need to escalate the problem, this might be helpful.
Tell the host or management of the hotel or rental property where you are staying about the circumstances. They could be in a position to step in on your behalf.

You can get help from local authorities or the non-emergency police line if you feel endangered or if the noise persists late into the night.
Sometimes you may get some quiet using useful alternatives like white noise generators or earplugs
If speaking with each other directly doesn’t work, think about requesting mediation from the property management or a nearby community agency.
