Has anyone used Furnished Finders? Is it reliable?

Good morning…

I’m looking for housing for my next contract and came across a place on Furnished Finders that seems perfect, but I’m a bit worried about a couple things. Has anyone used them before?
The owner wants me to pay rent through Venmo, which I’ve never done for housing before, and they’re also charging sales tax on the rent, which seems weird to me. :confused: It’s giving me sketchy vibes, but since I’m new to Furnished Finders, I don’t know what’s normal.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Should I be worried? Any advice would be awesome!
