So today, an ANA flight from NRT to MEX had to divert to LAX, and I’ve got a question. For those who know the US, there’s no sterile transit for international flights without going through customs. Do they really make diverted flights process their passengers, even if some don’t have the right visas?
I’m curious about how that all works, so if anyone has any insights or experiences, I’d love to hear them!
