Amex Plat - fire for lounges, Chase Sapphire got miles + cashback. No FX fees a must.
I would suggest a cashback travel card; the reason being you get cash back and you can use it for whatever you want.

Can you be more specific about what your goals would be for this card? For instance, do you plan on using it on a specific airline, hotel chain, or does lounge access matter to you, etc? Are you comfortable paying an annual fee, and if so, how much? The Points Guy was a good starting point for me to help flesh out what my priorities might be, and then, which card would best suit me.
Both hubby (who flies 4x monthly) and I have Qantas FF credit cards.
I would recommend you go over your last 2 trips, calculate your cost on flight vs hotel. If you are like me, the hotel is 2-3x more each trip. So then look at how much points are worth with a hotel card vs airline card. Also, look into perks of the hotel card (status = more value per $, less nickel and diming).
For me, I come out way ahead on the Hyatt card. I also think Hyatt remains the best value proposition on value for points and resort-style properties to redeem while generally also having a presence in most places for business stays.
Also, hotel cards are typically less annual fee and include some airline points sharing option.
