30-Hour Layover in Xiamen – Will I Get a Transit Hotel?

Good evening…

I was supposed to have a 6.5-hour layover in Xiamen on my flight from Seoul to Melbourne on November 4th, but I just got notified that the flight got canceled. Now, they’ve rebooked me on a new flight that leaves 24 hours later, so I’m looking at a 30-hour layover!
Has anyone else gone through something like this? Do you know if the airline will give me a transit hotel for such a long layover, or should I plan to arrange something myself?

Ineed ur help on this…

Yes, you are qualified for a free transit if you are traveling with Xiamen Airlines and have a layover of six to twenty-four hours.

Yes, you have the option to select between a city tour and a free transit lounge. :unamused:

To make this arrangement, proceed to the Transfer Service counter located next to the domestic luggage area on the airport’s first level. :anguished:

The personnel will assist you in making the required plans. If the lodging is not near a transit hub,

Perhaps you will need to apply for a free temporary admission permit at the transit counter.
