2 weeks travel idea in July?

Hallo people…
My girlfriend’s turning 30 soon, and I’m thinking of booking a special trip for us in July 2025 as a birthday surprise. She took me to Japan this year, so I want to make this one just as amazing! We’ve got a budget of around €1,500-2,000 for flights for both of us.
She’s into both big cities and paradise beaches, so I was thinking of starting with a few days in New York and then heading down to the Caribbean. But I’m open to any other suggestions! We’re flying out from Italy, so if you’ve got any cool ideas that mix city adventures with beach relaxation, hit me up!
Hoping for your best advice…

listen try out the mediterranean These Mediterranean nations have great weather, few tourists, and a thriving cultural scene in July.

:yum:Investigate the Parthenon, Ancient Agora, and Acropolis. In Plaka, take in a typical Greek dinner and then visit the National Archaeological Museum.

Travel to this breathtaking island by boat. Take a hike on the caldera, unwind on the beaches with black sand, and take in the stunning sunsets.

Take a gondola or foot tour of the city. See the Rialto Bridge, Doge’s Palace, and St. Mark’s Square.
